  1. The naming convention for .msa files does NOT appear to be standardised. 
  2. Some .msa files appear to be split into 2 parts, but both parts are for 
  3. the SAME disk, so you need to un-msa both files onto the same disk. Weird.

  5. Most files that have similar filenames, but end in 1 & 2 need different 
  6. disks, apart from as noted above.
